ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experience Diagnostic technician to join our growing team in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Based in our multiband brand service facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair faults across our group of brands
- Liaise with customers and service advisors to obtain all necessary information to diagnosis the concern in an efficient manner.
- Assist technicians where required.
- Maintain a good working relationship and communication with Manufacture support staff.
- Ensure product knowledge remains up to date and cascade to team.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired using manufacturer approved methods.
- liaise with parts team to ensure the correct part are procured for the repair.
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance when required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with a premium brand.
- Diagnostic level qualification from a premium brand
- High Voltage qualification would be preferred but not a requirement.
- Valid GCC driving license.
